Josh remains hands-on in the business, ensuring both Luxe brands uphold their exceptional standards.

Reservations Manager

Thanathorn brings an impressive background in hospitality roles from her native Thailand and joined the team after completing her MSc in Real Estate Management at Bristol in 2021. As our Head of Sales, you’ll likely speak to Mo when enquiring via WhatsApp or phone. Her knowledge of London’s luxury accommodation options - and their hotel-style amenities - is unrivalled. During the week, you’ll find her coordinating viewings and ensuring every guest experience exceeds expectations.

Head of Operations 

Alex has over a decade of experience building premium brands in the leisure and hospitality sector. Combining strategic insight with a sharp creative eye, he consistently develops thoughtful, elegant solutions to complex brand challenges. Alex oversees the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring every stay meets and exceeds guest expectations. His deep understanding of guest needs, attention to detail, and knowledge of industry trends make him a trusted leader and a cornerstone of the Luxe team.

Head of Partnerships

Edo joined in October 2022 and serves as our Head of Partnerships, bringing experience from a variety of significant hospitality roles. You’ll likely encounter him from your initial enquiry through to payments and any stay extensions. His role focuses on expanding the products and services available to guests. Edo’s warm, genuine, and meticulous approach makes him exceptionally popular with guests, partners, and the team, ensuring every interaction reflects Luxe’s high standards.

Senior Reservations

Born and raised in London, Katria brings extensive experience in luxury real estate, specializing in sales and marketing for high-net-worth clients in the UK and abroad. Before joining Luxe in November 2022, she worked at one of London’s top property agencies, honing her ability to identify and deliver exactly what discerning clients seek. Katria’s intuitive understanding of guest needs and passion for exceptional living experiences make her an invaluable part of the Luxe team.

Senior Reservations

Originally from Shanghai, Rongrong joined in 2023 and has lived in Bristol, Manchester, and London. As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, she handles all bookings and guest support for our Chinese clients, assists with international marketing, and creates content for our social media platforms. Rongrong excels at understanding the nuanced needs of international guests, providing attentive support to ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for throughout their stay with us.

Stefan joined the Luxe family in March 2025 and brings a first-class knowledge of the city, which he uses to source the finest apartments in prime locations. Originally from Romania, he has over a decade of experience in sales and relationship management, excelling in key account roles. Stefan’s expertise, professionalism, and dedication ensure every client enjoys a seamless booking experience and that every apartment meets the high standards expected by Luxe guests.

A seasoned accommodation expert with over 10 years in the industry, Sasha helps guests find the best luxury apartments in London, Barcelona, and Paris. Her experience as a former Senior Customer Service Manager for Berkeley Group gives her an intuitive understanding of London’s rental market, particularly new homes. An accomplished marathon runner, Sasha brings energy, determination, and perseverance to every search, consistently going the extra mile to ensure guests enjoy an exceptional experience.

Alyssa is a key member of the reservations team, taking the lead on many of our APAC client accounts. She joined Luxe in March 2025 and brings strong academic credentials, including an MBA and a BA in Hotel Management. With a background supporting major hotel chains in sales roles, Alyssa combines her industry knowledge, professionalism, and client-focused approach to ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a seamless booking experience.

Client Experience Manager

Lina joined Luxe in July 2024, though it feels like she’s been part of the team from the start. With a strong hospitality background and a track record of exceeding guest expectations, she is integral to the business. As Client Experience Manager, Lina ensures guests feel at home in their apartments. Her proactive attitude, expert communication, and exceptional problem-solving skills guarantee every guest is well cared for throughout their stay.

Jessica is a vital part of our Client Experience team, working closely with Lina to ensure every guest feels at home in their new apartments. Her expertise lies in managing the logistics of guest requests and accommodating additional needs with efficiency and care. Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, Jessica ensures that each stay runs smoothly, delivering the high level of service and comfort that Luxe guests expect.

Partnerships

Paige builds strong, lasting partnerships, collaborating closely with our reservations team to establish key agreements that expand our network and support more guests, including group bookings. Previously an operations leader at educational services company Kaplan, she brings extensive client-facing experience and a deep understanding of the guest journey. Paige’s expertise spans everything from vetting to accommodation services, ensuring high standards and seamless experiences for every guest, making her an invaluable part of the Luxe team.

Portfolio Manager

Sam joined Luxe in April 2024 and is responsible for overseeing the operators we work with. By managing these relationships effectively, Sam helps expand our inventory while ensuring every apartment meets the highest standards of quality and safety. His role includes sourcing new operators, meeting with them, and onboarding new properties. With over 12 years of experience in the luxury accommodation industry, working for both agents and operators, Sam brings expertise and insight to the Luxe team.
