StayLuxe is a small portfolio of serviced apartments at prime London addresses, let for stays from one month. Every residence is visited before it goes on the books. Rent, bills, council tax, Wi-Fi and weekly housekeeping are one figure, and one named senior consultant looks after the stay from the first call to the last day.

It is built for a longer kind of stay: relocating to London, in between homes or countries, on an extended assignment, or simply wanting a home in the city rather than a hotel. It is not for a weekend, it is not a holiday let, and there is no instant book. You enquire, and a person answers.

The month is the point, not a hurdle to clear. A stay of weeks rather than nights changes what an apartment has to do: it has to work as a home, with a kitchen you cook in, a desk you can sit at all day, a wardrobe that holds a season, and a building that is quiet at eleven on a Tuesday. That is a different brief from a hotel room, and it is the only brief StayLuxe takes. Pricing, service and the residences themselves are set up around the longer stay, which is why the commitment starts at one month and runs as long as the stay needs to.

The portfolio reaches across London's residential quarters, from the garden squares of the centre to the quieter prime streets further out, with new areas added as the right residences are found rather than to fill a map. Because every apartment is visited and let directly, what you are shown is what is there. There is no aggregator in the middle, no listing dressed up for the photograph, no surprise on arrival.

All-inclusive means the stay is one figure and one relationship. The named consultant matches you to a specific residence, holds the dates, handles the practical detail, and stays reachable while you are in town. If a few nights or a short holiday let is what you actually need, this is not the right fit, and we will tell you so plainly rather than take the booking. Saying who StayLuxe is not for is part of how it looks after the people it is for.

How a stay works

Stays run from one month and have no fixed upper limit. We do not instant-book; you make an enquiry, and we take it from there.

    Tell us the area you have in mind, your dates and who is staying. A senior consultant reads it and replies in person, not a portal.

    We match the residence

    Rather than send a list, we put forward the specific homes that fit what you have told us, and only those.

    You move in

    The home is ready, the Wi-Fi is on and the essentials are in. There is nothing to arrange before the first night.

    Someone looks after it

    A named contact looks after the stay throughout. The apartment is the room; the hospitality is what you are paying for, and we treat it that way.

Where flexibility is real (dates, the length of the stay, a request a particular home can take), we will say yes plainly. Where it is not, we will say so rather than over-promise.

If you need a few nights, or a holiday let for a week, we are not the right call, and we would rather tell you now than take the booking. Stays start at a month for a reason. When that is not what you are after, a good short-let platform will serve you better, and we will point you that way.

We keep the portfolio small on purpose. Someone from StayLuxe has stood in every flat we let, and one named person stays with you from the enquiry to the day you hand back the keys.

An aggregator holds thousands of listings it has never seen and routes you to whoever answers. A multi-building operator runs a call centre and a rota. Neither can tell you which corner of a particular room the morning light reaches, or which neighbour to expect on the landing, because nobody on their side has been. We can, because we have, and that is the whole of the difference.

The flat is not the product. It is the thing the product is delivered through. The product is a named contact who knows your booking without looking it up, who arranges the early arrival without being asked twice, and who does the job rather than performs a version of it. We call that practice the standard, not a slogan, and it is the reason we would rather let fifty homes well than five hundred at arm's length.
