Rates depend on size, amenities, and location. Our one-bedroom residences start from £1,500 per week, with larger residences and signature apartments at our most prestigious addresses commanding higher rates. Share your requirements and budget and we'll guide you through the most suitable options.
Our standard minimum stay is 21 nights. Most of our guests stay between 1 and 6 months, though longer stays are available across the portfolio.
Our portfolio is exclusively in prime Central London — Mayfair, Marylebone, Knightsbridge, Notting Hill, Holborn, and Belgravia. Every residence is within walking distance of the city's finest restaurants, galleries, and cultural landmarks.

Discretion is fundamental to how we operate. We routinely work with high-profile individuals and are happy to sign NDAs, use alternative names on bookings, and limit information shared with building staff. Speak with our team about specific privacy requirements during your enquiry.
Beyond the standard inclusions, we can arrange airport transfers, private chefs, personal shopping, restaurant reservations, theatre tickets, additional housekeeping, and 24-hour concierge support through our trusted partners. Many of our buildings also offer on-site concierge, gym access, and private dining as standard.
Pet-friendly residences are available across the portfolio, though policies vary by building. A small additional cleaning fee or refundable pet deposit may apply. Let us know about your pet during enquiry and we'll match you with a suitable property.
Yes — many of our guests book multiple apartments in the same building for extended family stays, staff accommodation, or hosting visiting guests. Where available, we can secure connecting or adjacent units. Larger configurations and full-floor bookings can also be arranged at select addresses.
Yes. In-person viewings are available for guests already in London, subject to apartment availability. For international guests, we offer video walkthroughs, FaceTime tours, and detailed photography on request. Our reservations team can arrange a viewing within 24 hours where possible.
Cancellations less than 30 days before check-in incur a charge equivalent to the first 90 days of the reservation. After check-in, a break clause applies from the 90th night onwards, with up to 28 nights' rent potentially chargeable. Building-specific policies may apply. Our team will always walk you through the relevant terms before booking.
Yes. Every Stay Luxe residence is fully furnished to a hotel-equivalent standard — designer interiors, high-thread-count linens, fully-equipped kitchens with quality cookware and glassware, and curated finishing touches. Simply unpack and start living.
Yes — weekly housekeeping is included with every stay, covering cleaning, fresh linen, fresh towels, and replenished toiletries. At our most prestigious addresses, housekeeping is provided every 2–3 days as standard. More frequent service can be arranged on request.
Some residences require a security deposit and some do not — this is confirmed during your conversation with our reservations team. Where a deposit is required, it is held with an independent third party (typically the Deposit Protection Service) and returned at the end of your stay subject to the standard terms.
